TPI Europe Ltd — supplier terms, version 24 September 2026.
This promotion is offered by TPI Europe Ltd ("TPI").
The promotion applies to qualifying TPI Flue Gas Analysers ("FGAs") purchased between 1 October 2026 and 31 December 2026 inclusive.
The promotion applies only to new, qualifying TPI FGAs purchased TPI directly or from an authorised TPI distributor or reseller.
Refurbished, second-hand, ex-demonstration, replacement, warranty-replacement and rental instruments are excluded unless TPI expressly confirms otherwise in writing.
TPI may request the product model and serial number to confirm that the instrument is included in the promotion.
The offer is available only to the original purchaser of the qualifying FGA.
The offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, a refund or any alternative benefit.
The promotion applies only to products purchased and submitted for service within territories supported by TPI Europe Ltd.
The FGA must be registered through the TPI online registration portal no later than 31 January 2027.
Registration by 31 January 2027 is a strict condition of the promotion.
The customer is responsible for supplying complete and accurate registration information.
TPI may request proof of purchase and verify the model and serial number before confirming eligibility.
A valid proof of purchase must clearly show the purchase date, supplying distributor or reseller, product model and, where shown, the product serial number.
TPI may reject a claim if satisfactory proof of purchase is not provided.
Each eligible, registered FGA is entitled to one complimentary annual service inspection, calibration and certification carried out in accordance with TPI’s standard service procedures.
The complimentary service must be booked and completed within fourteen (14) months of the original purchase date.
The service is subject to TPI’s normal booking procedures and workshop availability.
The complimentary service is not automatically scheduled. The customer is responsible for arranging and booking the service within the qualifying period.
Following successful registration, TPI will issue confirmation of eligibility using the contact details supplied during registration. Customers should retain this confirmation.
To claim the complimentary service, the customer must book this through the TPI online portal and request a service booking.
The customer must provide the instrument model & serial number, matching TPI’s records and any other information reasonably required to verify the claim.
After the booking is confirmed, the customer must send or deliver the instrument to the service location specified in the booking confirmation.
The instrument must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. The customer is responsible for shipping, carriage and insurance costs to the service location unless TPI agrees otherwise in writing.
TPI is not responsible for loss or damage occurring before the instrument is received at the nominated service location, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
On receipt, TPI will carry out the included service inspection, calibration and certification in accordance with standard procedures.
If faults, damaged components, failed sensors or other excluded items are identified, TPI may provide a separate quotation for parts and labour.
No chargeable work will be undertaken without the customer’s prior approval. If the quotation is declined, the instrument will be returned in its then-current condition, subject to any applicable carriage charges.
After the included service and any separately approved work have been completed, the instrument will be returned using TPI’s standard return procedure.
The entitlement expires if the instrument is not registered by 31 January 2027 or if the complimentary service is not booked and completed within fourteen (14) months of the original purchase date.
Expired entitlements will not be honoured, and no cash alternative, credit, refund or extension will be offered, except where required by law.
The complimentary service does not include repairs; batteries; filters; water traps; consumables; accessories; replacement parts; software upgrades outside TPI’s standard service procedure; or damage caused by misuse, neglect, contamination, accident, unauthorised repair, modification or improper storage.
Shipping, carriage, insurance and other transportation costs to the service location are excluded unless TPI agrees otherwise in writing.
TPI may refuse a claim if the FGA was not purchased during the promotion period; registration was not completed by 31 January 2027; the claimant is not the original purchaser; satisfactory proof of purchase is unavailable; the serial number has been altered, removed or is illegible; the product is ineligible; or fraud, abuse or manipulation of the promotion is reasonably suspected.
Personal information supplied during registration and claim processing will be handled in accordance with TPI’s Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
TPI may verify claims before granting the complimentary service.
No distributor, reseller or other third party is authorised to vary these Terms & Conditions on TPI’s behalf.
TPI may amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where reasonably necessary because of circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Any change will not affect valid claims already confirmed unless this is unavoidable or required by law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects the customer’s statutory rights or excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law gives the customer the right to bring proceedings in another part of the United Kingdom.
